We are sold out of CSA shares for this season. If you would like to be added to the waiting list, please register at our online sign-up form. If you choose to register, we will contact you if shares open. Also, you will be notified of any open farm events. And finally, we will notify you when next season starts so you won't miss out on the chance to sign-up!
Each week from mid June through the end of October, you can come to the farm and pick up your share of vegetables harvested that morning. In addition, you have the option to get fresh, free-range eggs each week. By buying your vegetables and eggs locally, you not only help conserve oil and packaging material, you get to enjoy the freshest and most flavorful product possible. Signup for the summer share here.
What Can I Expect from My Share?
A Share: provides fresh seasonal vegetables designed for a family of 4 on a mixed diet, or up to 2 vegetarians. Distribution of vegetable shares will start in mid-June through mid-September. A separate fall share will be available that will run from mid-September until Thanksgiving with distributions every other week.
Although many factors such as weather and pests can change the growing of certain varieties, each share is likely to include:
Spring: Salad Greens, Spinach, Arugula, Scallions, Kale, Bok Choy, Peas, Beets, Chinese Cabbage, Turnips, Lettuce, Swiss Chard, Herbs.
Summer: Tomatoes, Basil, Cantaloupe, Summer Squash, Flowers, Broccoli, Herbs, Lettuce, Peppers, Eggplant, Mixed Greens, Onions, Cabbage, Beans, Cucumbers, Watermelon, Zucchini, Carrots, Beets.
Fall: Winter Squash, Broccoli, Leeks, Cabbage, Pumpkins, Cauliflower, Parsnips, Rutabagas, Onions, Collards, Lettuce, Mixed Greens, Flowers, Herbs, Winter Kale, Celeriac, Carrots, Beets, Brussel Sprouts.
